Great place to live. Rooms are decent size kitchens are nice and living rooms are cool. Management are awesome too.
The Omni is a great place to live if you are looking for great management, nice apartments, fun people to be around, and all of it at a reasonable cost. Everything is is very good condition, I never have a hard time finding a parking spot, and management is quick to respond to any questions or maintenance concerns I have. I have an easy time commuting to work because its so close to the main roads and the freeway. I have loved living here!
I haven't been living here too long, but it's been a good experience so far. It feels like an actual home instead of some crappy college apartment, which makes a bigger difference than you would think. The price seems a little high (especially when it's more than the dubious $315 sign out on the lawn), but I think it's more or less worth the quality. Hopefully management will be good to me. If not, I will have to edit my review later...
I have loved living at the Omni. It is super nice for the price you pay. Own individual room, nice kitchen and living room area, and bathrooms are spacious. There is nothing that I don't like about living here! Maintenance requests are taken care of within only a couple of days at the latest. They are awesome. I would highly recommend anyone to live here:)
I have loved living here! The free parking, washer and dryer in each apartment, single bedrooms.. It is all fantastic! The management is great and is very responsive.
