Wow! I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. I have been searching for the right spa/wellness center in northern New Jersey/NYC Metro for the last several years and nothing compares to om life! The space is beautiful, clean and equipped with state-of-the-art technology and products. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and masters of their craft. This place is second to none- If you haven’t checked this place out, you are missing out! Thank me later :-) I can’t wait for my next appointment!
This facility is small but mighty! Excellent IR sauna and I know they have many other wellness practices im excited to check out. I especially love chatting being able to play music via Bluetooth in the sauna, which makes the time fly by.
Om. Life is my favorite place to take care of myself. The services are incredible well served at the front desk by Anand until I leave. I had the opportunity to have many services such as float, sound healing with Kat ( she’s wonderful and guides me through the process, and I had profound healings in her sessions) sauna infrared, massage, and events.
