They over book. You will wait. They had a good chuckle at my difficulty walking and the pain I was in.
I rarely do reviews. I have to share my experiences about this office. This is a mediocre office. The surgeons may be highly qualified but they have no social skills nor do they know how to run an office. I had the surgeons perform rotator cuff surgery. This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have had. Even before the surgery occurred my follow up appointment was canceled because both doctors were going to be out of the office at the same time. His staff has not called me back regarding a dentist appointment. It's been a week. But he is an amazing surgeon and this is my 2nd surgery with him.
