recently bought headlight covers and tail light cover for my 2021 wrangler rubicon unlimited great product fit was excellent. really recommend their products.
Recently bought the Rugged Ridge 11580.10 for my 2018 unlimited. I am happy with the product, but customer service is terrible. I had a problem with the clips on the wiring harness, but couldn't get through to customer service. It's the old leave a number and I'll call you back trick. 3 days later, still no call. If you need help from customer service, buy else where!
Yeah everything seems excellent until you run into a problem. Products might be of good quality but customer services are not existent...and a couple of bad apples spoil the bunch...i wont be buying another product for my 2 jeeps from omix again....crown will have my orders from now on.

Hello i have purchased many parts for my 99 tj from omnix-ada. I am happy with most of them. About a year and half ago i purchased a fuel pump assembly from them ($400) within one year it was already losing (all) static line pressure... A few months later, vehicle was dead. It said on receipt limited lifetime warranty. I didnt expect too much to be honest, i simply wanted a call back. I know because of covid many businesses are on skeleton crew... I originally ordered cross bars for my Sherpa Roof Rack System. I ordered them from 4wheelparts.com who said they would ship directly from the manufactures warehouse. That being the Omix-Ada warehouse in GA. The first shipment arrived, and the box was opened and one of the bars was missing and the other one was broken on the end. I returned them via UPS and ordered another set per the return policy for expedited returns. The second box arrives, this time completely empty!
