I have been diagnosed with Atrial Septum Aneurysm and was told by the Dr to come back to his office in two weeks so he can check on the size and start me on the correct treatment of blood thinners. I made the appointment, it was for a Saturday, Dr. Said that was a great day to do what he needed to. Get to the office and was told Dr. Vahdat wasn't there and I wasn't on the schedule. I have the card with the appointment?, so again I left the office just like two weeks ago, feeling very uneasy about my health. This previously happen at his office with a regular appointment once before. The front office is very incompetent, and Dr. Vahdat is loosing credibility due to it. I'm sure he is a great Dr. , however this is not acceptable.

I would recommend Dr. Vahdat to anyone, without reservations. If you are in need of a cardiologist, you would do well to see Dr. Vahdat. Office staff can be less than fabulous, but I urge one to persist, and get past that to see the Dr.. How good is he? I have trusted him with my life.....Twice.

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? No, I had to pay for parking! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this cardiologist's office? They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
