My 50 year BFF passed away June 22nd after a routine procedure at UCI Med Center, Orange from complications due to UNDIAGNOSED A-Fib despite wearing a heart monitor prescribed by Dr. Vahdat MAY 11th. Dr. Vahdat practices from UCI Los Alamitos. Dave was taken to UCI Orange due to a bike accident. Why wasn't a diagnosis of A-Fib communicated to cardiologist on staff at UCI Orange?
