They had the best price! – Omid had the best deal but unfortunately since he doesn't deal with people from countries other than his own he failed to sell three tickets today. Nice job Omid!
Unprofessional service – I called this travel agency to inquire about airline tickets to Argentina and the travel agent was very rude. He said oh sorry call later no sorry the office is closed so call on Moday and he immediately hung up the phone on me. When in fact, their office was still open but did not want to provide me any service. I was very shocked with this kind of unprofessionalism.
