The Staff is incredibly rude, in particular the Latina lady that answers the phone. I called on 2 different occasions and asked to speak to Carlos and she TOTALLY REFUSED, saying that I could discuss the situation with her....which is NOT TRUE! Carlos is a medical technician who met with me in the office and gave me specific instructions about taking a breathalyzer test that she could not possibly answer. I had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Shaye and was told that I would receive a phone call within 2 weeks with the results... read more
