HORRIBLE customer service!! Do NOT buy natural stone here!! Purchased quartzite after being guaranteed it would be a great option for our kitchen counters and less than a year later we have horrible ring marks, etching, hazing. This company will not do anything to help fix the problem. They said “that’s what you get from natural stone sometimes.” I’m sorry but I didn’t realize I was rolling the dice with $12k worth of stone. I am very upset with this company because they charged me for a wash twice and I am demanding my refund and they have to give it back to me but it has been two weeks and nothing I don't know what happens in that place a disaster

Excellent service and great selection of stone to choose from. Mo, who works the front desk is a great asset for Omicron. She provided friendly and competent service. Even though our cabinets were delayed, she held the slab for a little bit longer. They have some beautiful stone slabs to choose from.

It was the team at Omicron that made purchasing granite for our kitchen such a great experience. When the type of granite I wanted was not available, Nick went above and beyond to have sent from another location. Definitely recommend!
