HORRIBLE customer service!! Do NOT buy natural stone here!! Purchased quartzite after being guaranteed it would be a great option for our kitchen counters and less than a year later we have horrible ring marks, etching, hazing. This company will not do anything to help fix the problem. I am very upset with this company because they charged me for a wash twice and I am demanding my refund and they have to give it back to me but it has been two weeks and nothing I don't know what happens in that place a disaster
Excellent service and great selection of stone to choose from. Mo, who works the front desk is a great asset for Omicron. She provided friendly and competent service. Even though our cabinets were delayed, she held the slab for a little bit longer. They have some beautiful stone slabs to choose from.
