Great Customer service. My search stopped at Omicron Granite & Tile's huge showroom, where I found materials in different shades and designs. We got tile for our living room from Omicron Granite & Tile. I first called in and got excellent advice on the product which would be best for me. The process was smooth from selection to delivery of the products. They managed to ship the product the same day which was a treat. Amazing customer service!!
Best customer service. I visited a number of local stores, but could not find a selection that could compare with Omicron Granite & Tile’s. They are by far the best in customer service and product selection. It’s not even close.
Thank you Omicron. I upgraded the path in my garden with natural stones from Omicron Granite & Tile. Large stone slabs make the path look so striking, and anyone who walks through it feel like they’re transported to something out of a fairy tale. The entire garden comes alive, and I can’t thank Omicron enough!!!!
Very Professional and provide best service They replaced archaic flooring of my newly purchased house. They completed their work in a very professional and timely manner. Omicron Granite & Tile is Best in City After seeing the great reviews for Omicron Granite & Tile, I gave them a call. Rachel was very helpful and encouraged me to check out their showroom. After giving them an idea of what I wanted, they explained several different options with pricing. Finally we decided to have all of the tile replaced throughout the bathroom.
