Had a terrible experience here. A girlfriend and I, both from outside the Anchorage area, booked an appointment for express gel manicures and pedicures. The salon seemed overwhelmed and poor communication/attitude between staff members was noted immediately, something that should not happen in front of customers. My technician seemed flustered and rushed but was quiet pleasant.
