May did my nails and they were fantastic! However, someone else (did not catch her name) did my toes and repeatedly dug into the side of my toe. After pulling my foot away and saying that it hurt multiple times, she explained she was attempting to get my ingrown toenail which was not present and was not something I asked for. After I asked that she stop, she continued to dig at it causing me to bleed. It took three times of me speaking up to get her to stop. Three days later, I now have a toenail infection!
