I was very nervous, at first, about having the Blepharoplasty procedure, but after meeting with Dr. Gal and going over the procedure, she made me feel very confident going forward with it. I felt that Dr. Gal would do a great job. I had the surgery and am very pleased with it. Dr. Gal did an excellent job and I recommend her very highly. I would also say to anyone needing this surgery that they should not fear the procedure.
This woman will not listen to patient experience. If your experience is not what she expects she interrupts and is condescending. I felt terrible after going to her for an infection and will never return. No matter how skilled she may be, she is rude and when confronted or questioned, she will escalate and turn into a person one would dread to encounter in any situation where they are suffering or needing medical treatment. I’m sorry but Dr Gal has little compassion for patients whose body may react differently from her usual patients. I have been in bed with ice on my eyes for three weeks solid and in great discomfort. Before she even asked what my concerns were she gave me a verbal slashing that I was not following her instructions and insinuated that I had just smeared the medication on my eyelids before seeing her. I’m sorry to see someone in her situation not to any true sincere feelings for her clients.
Dr Gal is Professional and thorough. Explains carefully so you understand the procedure. Friendly and caring.
Dr Gal did a great job on my recent surgery. She explains the procedures clearly and takes time to listen to any concerns. I highly recommend Dr Gal if you are thinking of having any eye procedures done.
