this review is of 10/2012 .........its 300 dollars for a first visit. thats fairly high priced. most other places quoted me from 80 to 180 dollars. you must bring in some type of recent imaging.... xraxy, ctscan, sonogram and such, but a ct or xray will do. also proof of recent or past prescriptions..... bottles or sript copies. and if youve seen a doctor lately youll need his notes. they will make copies and leave you all your originals. then they will take a couple days to review and decide whether to accept you. then they... read more
