The team at Omega Dental in Bedford is absolutely phenomenal. Everyone is incredibly patient, kind, and professional, and they truly take the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your visit. Dr. Gajera(s), Dr. Cruz and the entire dental staff was very welcoming, professional, and reassuring with all my concerns and explained a well detailed step by step plan around my future dental and smile goals. In addition, they were able to squeeze me in around my schedule. Definitely 10/10 recommend! Thanks for a great experience!
This was my 1st visit to Omega Dental. On a scale of 1-10 i.d give Omega100%. It was the best dental exam- consultation, treatment plan and cost transparency i've ever experienced; all in my 1st visit.
The office staff was friendly and easy going and knew what paperwork needed to be done. The technician was thorough, kind and professional she explained everything she was going to do. Dr. Julie was professional, explained things as she did her work, but also took her time to explain things She took her time and don’t rush off. I was a truly an enjoyable experience
