Dr. Joe and his team are wonderful. My son ate pavement one evening after an accident on his scooter. He busted out a corner of his front tooth. I left a voicemail on his cell and within a few mins Dr. Joe called me back and told me to bring him in. He had called one of his assistants in too. Together they fixed his tooth to perfection. I don't know why the bad reviews, my family and I have been going there for years and never have an issue. If something isn't right, they will make it right for you every time!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL PRACTICE. Long story short, they cancelled an appointment on me the day of because they were short staffed. Appointment never had gotten rescheduled. 1 year later got a bill for $150 from collections. Called Omega to clear it up, they have "record" that they had sent statements and that I was charged because I missed an appointment even though they are the ones who cancelled the appointment. Bad communication, bad business, bad company. AVOID, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, do not even waste your time.
I left a voicemail yesterday (Sunday) afternoon regarding my son having a dental emergency and needing a new patient emergency exam as soon as possible so that way as soon as they opened on Monday they could call me back and we could get my son the help he needs. No one bothered to return my call. Good thing we found another dentist that could take him.
The the one doctor is rude. I had a few cavities and he flat out was rude about it. He could have been kind, and educating instead of huffy puffy and flat out rude. Then when he had to fill my cavities because a tech was out, he rushed and then got mad at me when I couldn’t grind my teeth. I couldn’t feel my mouth at all and as a result I bit my tongue open. He also got rude with me about that too. I will take my business elsewhere to a place where the doctors are patience and much kinder.
