Omega is amazing!! I've never met a more knowledgable, welcoming, encouraging coaches and people before! Ive been to a few other xfit gyms but this one by far out numbers any others. CrossFit can be intimidating in the beginning but the first day I started I already felt like I was part of the Omega fam!
