Great customer service, fully operational gear. Can't speak on the cost because I wasn't the one paying, but they were able to provide instruction over the phone to get the PTZ cameras responding to the controller when an internal setting was obstructing it. Would use them again.
Entire team was incredibly flexible in getting us what we needed at the right time and making suggestions to fit our needs. Would recommend to anyone
