I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to check with Omega first . They are really nice, and make you feel comfortable about making such a big purchase. They weren’t able to help me with financing, but they recommended a local bank that was able to help me which led me to still buy a car from them. Recently bought a car from Omega that had a pending recall on it so took it to Toyota to get it taken care of. While they were doing the recall work they did a free inspection of the vehicle. The dealers always come up with a long laundry list of things they find that need done. The worst thing they could come up with was that it would be due for front brake pads soon. That tells me I got a quality vehicle at a fair price. Thanks! I appreciate it!
I've purchased five cars from Omega through the years. They are honest, low-pressure, and professional. Any time I had an issue or question after a sale, they took the time to help me. Will go back for #6 at some point in the future, no doubt. Highly recommend.
Had good idea what I wanted before stepping onto Omega's lot. Mike's laid back, no pressure approach with no attempts to up-sale us, welcome change of pace from most car dealer's. Straight forward, easy transaction. Had panic attack when car wouldn't start 2 weeks after purchase! But mileage so low on Our Encore it still had the original battery in it. Even was able to get roadside assistance from Buick. New battery, runs like a top, love our "new" car.
My family and I had an all around great experience buying a mini van from Omega Autosports, great customer service, great atmosphere it was a very comfortable experience. Would absolutely purchase another vehicle from here. Very satisfied!
I am a huge fan of Omega Autosports. What they advertise is absolutely true: quality cars at reasonable prices. Mike and Chad were both kind and low-pressure. This was very refreshing after having stopped by several other dealerships. Mike gave me a great deal and went out of his way to make sure I had a pleasant, fair, seamless buying experience. I’m happy to be driving my 2016 Subaru Legacy that I purchased today. The next time I’m ready to purchase a car, I will pass by the other dealerships and head straight to Omega. 😊
