I despise this dealership so much. I make sure I'm channeling negative energy onto it every time I pass by.
I showed up to purchase a part held in "will call" only to be told by Wyatt that it had already been taken by their service department. No call, nothing. He said I would receive a call on the following Monday, nothing. O'meara Ford must be doing very well. Great, but this is not the manner to earn business. I know . I worked 30 years in Automotive Sales Management. I'll shop elsewhere for my new Ford truck, and advise others as well.
Very nice, Spoke Spanish and lets us test drive the truck right away. 10/10
We are new to the Ford family and Sebastian helped us find a new car! He was very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. There was also another gentleman who helped us understand all the features to the car. We appreciate their very professional customer service.
Johnathan was amazing! He helped me get into a car and made the whole process super easy and stress free. He was patient, kind, and really went above and beyond to make sure I drove off happy. Highly recommend him!
