Hands down, no one can meet the quality of Fine dining experience like chef Omar Barry and his extraordinary staff at Omar’s Uptown. It’s a place where there is no failure and the standards remain high for every person that is served. It is well-managed and the staff is loved by locals. And don’t even get me started on the menu… It cannot be matched anywhere in NEA Arkansas.
