I had such a great experience with this gym. I did their 6 week challenge and loved every second of it. I lost over 8lbs and 6.1% body fat all while gaining almost 2lbs of muscle. The trainers are great and the workouts are all just the right amount of tough to get you that good sweat going on! My favorite part of my experience was having an accountability coach. I love this gym! I did the 6 week challenge and was successful. I lost 7% body fat, lost 6lbs of overall weight, and gained 3% muscle. My accountability coach was awesome and modified my diet weekly as my workouts changed. Some weeks I added extra cardio and gym classes, so he modified my diet as needed. Just finished my 6 week challenge and can't say enough good things. The classes are fun and challenging, the coaches are motivating and supportive and the vibe is positive and comfortable for all. The challenge is great for people who are beginning their fitness journey or getting back to the swing of things. The team at Omalza will get you to where you need to be.
I did the 6 week challenge at Omalza fitness. They gave us a meal plan and texted us regularly for up dates. The classes are fun but difficult. I loved the boxing and kickboxing classes for cardio. I learned so much by taking this challenge and I will definitely continue on going to this gym.
So, I have been thinking of joining this gym/6 week challenge since August 2018.
