Omalza’s 6-week challenge is just what I needed to kickstart getting back in shape. I was able to lose 9.4% body fat and gain 6.7 pounds of muscle mass within a short period. I was looking for a 6 week challenge to get myself to get back into the gym and for the accountability. I loved that we had a coach during the 6 weeks and every week I received texts of asking how I was doing and words of encouragement. The variety of classes are great and it enables you to work on different areas in different ways. We joined Omalza Fitness’ 6 week challenge on a whim, hoping to redeem ourselves from previously-failed weight loss attempts. We walked up for out first appointment and saw so many people pushed to their limits that my girlfriend was almost too intimidated to walk in, but we’re glad we did - the Omalza Fitness gym community is a positive and encouraging group of individuals. The 6 week challenge was exactly what I needed to reset my diet & build more muscle! I learned a lot about how to maintain the muscle I'm building & burn fat at the same time. The classes were challenging yet super effective. I enjoyed kickboxing, boxing, & the weightlifting classes the most. So glad to have made it through this journey, I'm feeling great! 6.3% lost aka 9.7lbs body fat!
I just recently completed the 6 week fitness challenge, I'm excited to report I have exceeded my goal I gained 6.8 pounds of muscle. AND lost 7.2% body fat! That's 10 POUNDS OF FAT!!! and I'm so proud of myself. My experience was so amazing, the energy in there is everything from the music to the people. I've never worked out this hard on a consistent basis and enjoyed it, I also had an awesome coach who always checked on me and kept encouraging me through this entire process.
