Referred to O'Malleys from George at TGM smash Asquith. I have been with another car service place for several years who have never detected the hissing and vroom vroom noise on starting. I recently had the clutch on my Nissan Patrol replaced and was very impressed with the service. Reis and his team were extremely professional, taking the time to explain the work involved as well as the pros and cons of dual-mass versus single-mass flywheels. Their clear communication and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the process. Five stars from me.
Where to start? Had my Ford Ranger in with 2 other mechanics over 4 weeks and they couldn't diagnose a thing nor could they give me any indication on how much longer they would take. Reis had the thing diagnosed before I could press snooze on my alarm and had it fixed and ready to go in a week. Strongly considering only buying damaged vehicles just to see how quickly Reis and the team can turn them around.
Definitely going to be a repeat customer. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
