Manager, Jen, is a very unwelcoming person to have at the front desk. A grace period of 15 minutes is stated on their website but this is unfortunately a lie as they called me 4 minutes after my appointment, (as I was limping in the building) as a "courtesy call" with all paperwork previously completed, then completely changed the appointment time for 11:20- despite me already being in the chair and arriving at 11:05. I'm no expert, but maybe I am , but this is probably a Top 10 Dental Office across the US. It has all of the right pieces in place for a complete dental experience that should be the standard of how practices should operate. Just sayin 🤙
They set an emergency appt for 3pm and I was all fixed and in the car on my way home at 3pm
