I do not recommend at all. I totally wanted to recommend. I have had trauma for a long time since I was twelve went to so many counseling places and psychiatry. And still no hope. I thought this place would be amazing, but I have had two therapist quit with in not even a year. The therapist I got was great. But I cannot give this place a good recommendation at all. The level of care , professionalism, and amazing time management Intake had was truly amazing. Highly recommend!!!!
My therapist was wonderful, admin staff not so much. They lack commation skills and had messed billing up and blamed us. The second star is only because of how life changing my therapist is.
With the help of my dedicated Theripist I still feel like there are brighter days even after I was no long able to attend our sessions. Everyone with the company are wonderfull, nice and if I ever needed to go back I can I recomend thia company to anyone and everyone looking for one on one help. Thank you Emi for what you have helped me with in the 2+ years I worked with you your are a wonderful person.
My onboarding experience here was phenomenal. My request was responded to in less than 24 hours, and Yvette was great to work with. She provided all the pertinent information I needed and guided me through the initial process, as well as answered all my questions. I am looking forward to working with this group.
