I was easily able to schedule an appointment on a Friday afternoon within a few hours after being told by multiple plumbers that they could not get out the same day. I did not want to wait all weekend with a clogged kitchen sink. Our plumber from Omaha Drain was on time, friendly, and was able to fix our problem quickly. He also gave me some tips on how to prevent sink clogs in the future. I will definitely use them again! Thank you Omaha Drain!
I had a clogged kitchen drain and I read several companies listed online. I decided to go with Omaha Drain after reading the reviews. I called and scheduled a same-day appointment for 2:00pm. I was provided with the TOTAL cost at the time I scheduled Darin arrived promptly at 2:00 . He had all of the required equipment and took care wear gloves, put a tarp on the kitchen floor and arrange towels under the sink cabinet. Had a terrible clogged drain in the middle of the night, gave Omaha drain a call and they came promptly the next morning. The issue was fixed quickly. There were no hidden charges. Just professional, smiling face! Anytime I have any issues regarding my Plumbing they will be the first ones I call! Support your local businesses! They are fair , honest and won't try to upsell you like many of the franchise plumbing companies.
Showed up early, very professional, courteous, and had drain running in 30 minutes. No hidden fees, paid what he quoted.
Darren arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional. You could tell he was experienced - he knew all the tricks to get our drain cleaned and made certain that there were no leaks after he finished reconnecting all of the lines. I appreciated the fact that he was able to accept credit card as payment. I wish all of my interactions with service personnel went as smoothly.
We had a clogged kitchen sink and backed up basement drain. Called and a technician arrived in less than an hour. He fixed both issues right away. Our biggest surprise was how incredibly reasonable the final bill was. Less than $130 for everything. We were very ð happy. We will be recommending this company to all our friends and family !
