I really wanted to like this place because last time I went, I had an amazing time with Rosa and she made me feel so confident with my new haircut and it’s was so good that my hair grew out so nicely. I got the cut with rosa ..i’m very disappointed how this turned out because I never had chunky end like this, it looks really bad with out blow outs and my hair was better before this haircut. She also cut too much length when i asked her to keep the length and it’s not properly layered and just chunky straight end. I found the salon on TikTok and saw that Rosa was a highly rated stylist so I booked with her. Unfortunately, my experience was very uncomfortable. From the start, my interaction with her felt awkward and impersonal. There was a lack of warm greeting, no “how are you?”or “how was your day”, and that definitely left me feeling like I was not wanted there. I’ve been going to Rosa regularly for my haircuts (short-mid length + layers) for a few years now and she always gets it right. She’s always very attentive and knowledgeable, so when I decided to dye my hair recently I knew I had to book w/ her. Ghost roots + haircut both done by her, and I genuinely could not be happier with the results 💗
