I had 3 teeth pulled last year and they did well. Very caring and quick. Now, i need my last 3 on top pulled so i can get an upper plate. I know i will be in good hands.

Was referred there by our son's ortho to get some teeth extracted. Here's why we are glad we made a change to Harbour Pointe Oral instead: 1) Insisted on anesthesia for a 10yr old. They outsource their anesthesiology to a 3rd party and were not part of the consultation. Why would put our child "under" if it wasn't absolutely necessary? 2) Scheduling, they were booked out about 2 months out which is fine but they only do surgeries in their Smokey Point Location. They will overcharge and the office staff I had to deal with are rude and screwed up billing and then sent it to collections even though we paid and they sent us our money back via check.... then said we owed that same amount!? Not I have to fight with the collection agency. Argh!
