I called them twice in one day and called the next day and left a voicemail and I didn’t hear back from them. Very bad customer service.

Salon hours are not even updated here. You go there in person and they are closed for no reason. It’s not even a holiday.
My personal experience was not good. I paid 230 dollars for highlights and haircut. The highlights looked terrible. I had different colors throughout my hair. I went home and dyed it all brown. Not going back to the Belvidere location. Very nice girl but she doesn't know how to do color.
