Sheraena Tracey was able to transcend my body, my mind along with my heart into a place of healing and peace. My body was full of tension and stress. She helped relieve all of that tension in my neck and shoulders that I like most tend to hold stress. I asked her to use her crystal healing stones, with Reiki to help purge the negative energy I was carrying.
