First, I must say that Brian is an outstanding human being. One in a million. He teaches you to bring out your best self, everything you need to do this is inside of you. His tools are Yoga and love and humor. Great combo. I guarantee you will appreciate a little guidance from Brian. Who can turn down a chance to be happy?
I've been seeing Brian (owner of OM Central Jersey Massage and Yoga) for massage for over seven years. I also took a one-year Hatha yoga teacher-training program with him. He's very sensitive to my needs, calm, supportive, and incredibly flexible with working our sessions into my schedule.
