If you are going to run promotions such as Up North Live, please make sure your staff is trained on all the campaign specifics (such as voucher redemption- both with physical copies & on mobile devices). We dined at OM last week for brunch & loved the atmosphere of the restaurant including the music, but food was average & service was below average.
