I moved out of O&M Apartments on 5/11/2025 and I left my studio apartment in great condition and their move out inspection also confirmed that the apartment was in great condition. We are now approaching a month and they refuse to return my security deposit. I have sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered and have even threatened legal action. I hate to do it, but i will most likely need to file a lawsuit in small claims court in order to see my security deposit again.
My husband and I spent just over a year and a half at O&M apartments and absolutely loved living there! We had a first-floor unit that exited both on to the street and into a courtyard, which we really enjoyed for ease of access to outside. The grounds of the complex are really well taken care of. Be ready to lose all of your security deposit and more! I have lived in multiple apartments for 10+ years now. O&M has caused me to leave a negative review on Google for the first time ever. To be fair. I generally had a good time while living there. Property manager Ophir was friendly and was quick to help with things whenever we needed him. Really friendly and accommodating staff. Helped with deliveries before move-in and intercepting packages that went to the wrong address. Always easy to reach. Nice apartments if you can get them at a good price. Generally quiet area and good, access-protected amenities. Though lacking a gym or pool.
Key fobs didn't work for 4-5 months while at lived here. It was very frustrating and they did nothing to fix it. Zero stars.
