We've lived at O&M for over a year and it's been fantastic! The Dogpatch neighborhood is amazing. Our unit has little to no issues. And our building manager Marlene has been nothing but amazing. She’s attentive and takes care of any of our issues: big or small. Blessed to find a great place run by great people, we'll be staying as long as we can!
We absolutely love living here! The location is great, price is solid, repairs are quick, and you have a property manager that TRULY cares about the people and their wellbeing! We have lived in many places and have never had a property manager as caring and thoughtful as Marlene and it really does make all difference. We plan on living here as long as we can :)
Beautiful nook in the city to live at. Gorgeous neighbourhood, great community & lots of park nearby. The apartments themselves are great & have lovely property managers. Highly recommend!
We lived at O&M for about a year and a half and loved it! The location can't be beat. It has a great rooftop terrace with plenty of seating and grills. Very responsive with repairs when needed. But the best part was the office staff! Thank you so much Marlene for making our stay great!! We loved working with you!! We would recommend O&M to anyone looking for a great spot in Dogpatch.
I moved out of O&M Apartments on 5/11/2025 and I left my studio apartment in great condition and their move out inspection also confirmed that the apartment was in great condition. We are now approaching a month and they refuse to return my security deposit. I have sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered and have even threatened legal action. I hate to do it, but i will most likely need to file a lawsuit in small claims court in order to see my security deposit again.
