My experience at my new home Olympus Waterford has been amazing. Brooke was so patient and kind assisting me to find my new home. She worked with me and stayed in contact until my home was sold. Then I was able to move into my new home. She’s always helpful and pleasant to speak with anytime I have questions. Cory the maintenance man is always kind and willing to take care of any issues. I’m 100% happy and pleased with Olympus Waterford and would recommend it to anyone looking for a homes
I’ve had no issues only that they never answer the phone. As a resident it’s irritating
The best apartment complex I have lived at so far. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The grounds are well kept and clean . We have a variety of amenities on the property. We also have monthly events so you can interact with neighbors and unwind . Everyone from the Mtx staff to the office staff is so nice but the main star is Brooke she is a huge reason we chose Olympus and why we chose to renew she is so welcoming and kind and she truly makes you feel you are a part of a community here .
I wish I could give this place zero star. If you are looking for an apartment that is actually worth the high price tag, keep looking—this isn't it. The management here will look for any reason to nickel-and-dime you. When I moved out, they charged me to adjust the carpet, which is completely ridiculous considering the carpet wasn't even new when I moved in.
