Mosaic is too trendy for my taste If you're looking for trendy, you've found it! The location is amazing, of course, as long as you have an extra arm and a leg to give them. You definitely get what you pay for, though. They even offer room service!
THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE 1 STAR! This place does not even deserve one star!!! I was in a predicament where I needed to move in immediately due to a divorce and child custody issue and they moved me into an apartment with VERY OLD carpet with extensive damage from previous tenants. I wrote down all of the damage issues on my move-in sheet and reported it to management. They informed me that all they could do is offer me a free carpet cleaning upon lease renewal. Not bad, but not good We stayed at Lakes of Stone Glen for 3 months while house hunting in the area. The apartment was fine, but nothing special. They accommodated a short term lease, although they charged an extra $100 a month. The workout room is small, but fine. The pool and hot tub were kept clean. The gates would sometimes break, and there was heavy traffic. All in all, not bad, but I would not want to stay permanently.
