Dr. Alex Mak developed an excellent program to improve my mobility and stay on track to improved health. After starting a work from home job, I lost sight of maintaining a balanced lifestyle. As a former competitive swimmer during highschool. I had a chance to work with Dr. Alex Mak and he helped a lot. My flexibility was very bad and that hindered my swimming. Alex was able to give me routine that helped my flexibility ultimately helping my swimming. Pretty much he knows his stuff and I highly recommend.
