Based on what I just read about mould in a tenants apartment, her repeated efforts to get the superintendent and property management to fix it to no avail before going to the city and then having her rent increased by $200 as retaliation... these are not buildings you would want to live it... 🤢
Such professional staff, great apartment, and quick to fix any issues we had! I fully recommend Olympus Properties for any apartment/house needs.
Olympus did not make any repairs in the apartment (even after 3 requests) and they charge outrageous fees at every opportunity. They pretend to be friendly and provide affordable housing, but then impose ridiculous fees each month as well as at move out time and take advantage of vulnerable populations. Terrible!
We had a great experience living in an Olympus property! Our neighborhood was quiet, the neighbors great, the location perfect. The house we were renting had everything we were looking for. Any time we needed something fixed or had a question regarding the lease, Olympus was quick to respond and very enjoyable to work with. Exact opposite of previous landlords I have had--thanks!
