Olympus is a great company. I feel most landlords are either slumlords or they are huge companies and you don't ever know them and they don't care to know you. Joe and Emily are helpful, responsive and fair. We have been with them since 2012 in 2 different properties and started renting when we didnt have a lot of money and barely any rental history or credit. I am a housing case manager and have been working with Olympus to get multiple people housed over the last year. I have found them to be fair, flexible, understanding, and they seem to genuinely want what's best for their tenants. They take good care of their properties, which is in stark contrast to some of the other landlords I work with.
The Olympus Properties team crushes any stereotype about “bad landlords”! They are professional, responsive to tenants, honest and fair.
