Horrible experience with this company. They did the renovations on a home we purchased in June. Prior to closing they were supposed to have changed a window and told the seller that they did, come to find out on closing day they never followed through on that. Through closing agreements it was decided the company would order the window and install. It took two weeks for them after that point to even order the window. We requested a second opinion on replacing a mechanical unit. The company’s owner responded right away which was critical. We were impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful he was. He followed through afterwards with the action that he promised. His integrity and honesty saved us a significant amount of money. We plan to do business with this company again.
