Worst customer service ever. They never answer the phone ever. Don’t complain or make any service calls because you will see it on your last bill. The service guys are nice but don’t really know what’s going on. Most of the apartments are older and a bit run down decent to say the least. Not to mention they will hit you with fraudulent charges from any unit and try to get you to pay for other peoples damages. DO NOT RENT FROM OLYMPUS NELSON.
