Kyren gave my husband and I a tour. He is very professional while being personable and full of good humor. We feel really good about the apartment we got. It’s a great value and we can not wait to move in. Our new place is homey and we love the location on the lake.

I moved in and it was such a peaceful process. Jennifer the Manager has been the best (manager) with communicating and handling things in a professional way. I have lived in 5 apartments and this has been the most inviting by far. The staff is friendly, they treat myself, guests and dog as if we are apart of the family. The amenities are CLEAN the hallways are CLEAN. I can't stand trash and I haven't seen it here. They have resident events and offer opportunities for you to network and meet your neighbors. I love it here :)
I signed the lease, anybody wants to take over? I've full view of lake from 4th floor.
Absolutely terrible management. Internacional Realty will charge you fees even after your lease is terminated! Not to mention I had mice droppings, mold in my cabinets, and noisy neighbors. I moved down the street to a beautiful place for $150 more a month. Spend your money elsewhere!
We went to a wedding here it was so beautiful. It's the perfect place for any occasion! It has a beautiful view of the setting sun.
