I have lived in this apartment for a year and have dealt with issues of having to come home and sleep in a hot apartment bc the management team has an issue with a part thats on back order. Instead of offering me a hotel or another apartment ive been stuck most of the summer with no air. I have had to use my parents portable air conditioner and fans to even be able to sleep. We completely understand your frustrations, but believe the reality of the situation was mis-portrayed, as the majority of communication to the office was not from yourself or anyone else on the lease. When the issue with your AC was brought to our attention, we immediately filled it with Freon and continued to do so until the part needed for the repair was delivered.
