We have been living in IRET Cypress Court in St. Cloud MN for over 3 years now. Expenses have increased considerably: there is now a charge for water and sewer and the rent increased from the time we moved in. Maintenance of the building and surroundings is very good, thanks to Ron. The staff are courteous and reliable - we have gotten immediate responses from our requests and they regularly ask for feedback to help improve the quality of their services.
We live in IRET Grandville in Rochester MN. The maintenance man, Vaughn, is terrific. He should get a raise. 5 stars for Vaughn. RR
I lived at this community for 12 months and would definitely recommend it to anyone! The manager is very nice and helpful. We were always treated fair. The apartments are larger than most in the area and fairly priced. The guys that work on the grounds are very nice and prompt whenever we needed something in our apartment to be fixed. They were right on it! I will miss my apartment. I loved it!
