Horrible, They chose to do a remodeling project, they tore out my pantry, told me to move everything from underneath the sinks of kitchen bath, move all clothing out of my walk in closet, People in and out every single day starting at 8;30 am to 5pm. And refuse to give us a discount for my rent. I have not been able to enjoy my home and they tell me this is MY problem that they chose to do a project to put washers and dryers in the unit in 2-3 years!!!!!! First of all when we moved it it was vacuumed but the carpets were not cleaned. There were pee spots on the carpet and it smelled like urine. So we had to wait to move in. The bathroom cabinets were not cleaned and there was dried toothpaste all over the inside of the drawers. I just read another review that said the same thing. The light switch did not work on the ceiling fan so at night we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to keep the fan on. Brandon and Austin did an excellent job replacing our dishwasher! They were very polite and came in clean and friendly. It made me feel more at ease, especially because it can be awkward for two men to enter in an all female apartment. Awesome job!
My family and I lived there since 2016. I spent 2 days cleaning the unit after we moved out. Making sure to clean everything I could. We didn't want to move but were forced to so that they could renovate the home. I shampooed the carpet in the bedrooms only to be charged $200 for carpet cleaning. I cleaned the fridge, and the toilets only to get charged $230. I took a magic eraser to the walls only to get charged $130. I got charged $130 for garbage in the bins!? I have been living at Country Meadows Apartments in Billings, MT for 3 years. My garbage disposal stopped working and leaking two days ago. I put in a maintenance request for replacement of the disposal. I spoke with the Assistant Manager and she told me it would be replaced today. When I came home from work today I found it had not been replaced but the since had been plumbed just like the one. Cardinal Point is an amazing community. The staff is top notch and never fails to accomodate to a potential residents needs. I needed a quick and fast move in and they made it happen in less than 24 hours. Any issue that has risen since moving here has been handled instantly and in a very helpful and understanding manor. I will reccomend Cardinal Point to anyone and everyone! Thank you for making this place feel like a home, I am eternally greatful to all of the Cardinal Point staff.
Renters Beware. Make sure you are fully insured if you rent from this management company. They will not pay for your losses. They will claim no insurance and will go to all costs to make sure they are found not negligent, even if they are at fault. Document everything and watch your back.
Todd and Toby were excellent at replacing my hot water heater. They were like Johhny on the spot. I was really impressed how fast they got here and got her done. They are an asset to your company.
