10/10 - from the reception to the assistants/techs/doctors. We drove up from Portland after learning our local cardiologists had a 2 month+ wait and it was so worth the extra drive. Everyone was exceptionally kind and we got answers for what has been going on with my unwell dog- not the news we were hoping for, but even so we had a great experience overall. Cannot recommend them any more highly!
I rarely write reviews; however, I am compelled to direct concerned owners of a pet with critical health issues to the responses provided to negative reviews. These will provide a clear picture of the treatment to expect. Blaming a concerned pet owner for an unsuccessful visit/procedure is so off-putting. There are veterinary professionals who are compassionate care-givers to both pet and concerned pet parents. Unfortunately, they don't work here.
Absolutely everything. The level of care provided for Moose as well as a very thorough explanation as to what was going on. They even trimmed his nails while he was back with them having tests. Seems small but I asked my own vet to do this on multiple visits because the nail was a little overgrown and they forgot. overall amazing team that truly cares about their patients (and owners) and I couldn’t imagine taking moose to another cardiologist. Going to a cardiologist is never something anyone looks forward to, especially when it comes to our pets. But from the moment we walked in, I felt instantly at ease—from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the facility. I especially appreciated how gently and patiently everyone handled our very nervous dog. I’ve been here multiple times now and every time I leave I feel very educated about the treatment and care for my dog. Everyone is also incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for cardiology care.
