Good environment
I've lived here for several years and have mixed feelings. I love the area—it feels peaceful and out of the way. The neighbors are polite and quiet, and the apartment sizes are nice. However, I wish the rent included more amenities and that there were safe spaces for kids to play and just be kids. One downside is that management is hesitant to replace items in the apartments, even after residents have lived here for many years. We lived here for about 2 years and it's been a good place to live. The current manager is quick to respond and has been helpful when we had any issues. They are good about making sure everyone has there own parking spot and is not taken by others. We were given a card so we can call towing if someone went in our parking space. It's a pretty calm and quiet area and apartment building. It's been a nice place to live!
Not a safe place to live. People steal your stuff at these apartments they will steal your package’s and stuff from your back patio
Best hidden gem and we have a awesome manager. Preston always goes above and beyond for his tenants. He does an awesome job.
