RecommendedOur first time there tonight. Breakfast for dinner for me. A very good Monte Cristo w/fries for her. We will be back.
My first time coming with my family food was great
I think this used to be the spot to get good cheap food. Now you get expensive cheap food!
We have been coming here for around 30 years, it was where I took my wife on our first date. Love the cream of chicken with rice soup. Just found out they have it everyday now! 5 stars!
Recommendedbeen coming here for years. when the cream of chicken soup was only served 3 days a week. glad it's everyday now. best cream of chicken around in my opinion. just miss the garlic crackers to go with it.
Excellent food and service
RecommendedI was totally disappointed when I ordered the Meatloaf Special. It was loaded with salt, I couldn't eat it, but was charged. The waiter said the owner tried it and said it wasn't the meatloaf but the gravy! I had gravy on my mashed potatoes and it wasn't salty. My spouse had the calf liver and ate part of his, bc I was starving! Don't think we'll be visiting there for a while. Thank God I don't have High blood pressure! A real disappointment!!
Good food ...WONDERFUL staff..reasonably priced..you have a thumbs up from Al Schaffenberger & his daughter!
