If I could give negative stars I would do so. My complaint is regarding excessive and unreasonable charges. I went in twice for hand therapy and paid my co-pay, where I was made a splint for two fingers. This material was some flexible plastic. My Insurance company was charged a HUGE amount and even after my co-pay I have an outstanding bill for $94.06 for 3 dollars worth of plastic. I completed my Massage Therapy at OSS in South Hill for my hip, neck and shoulder pain with Michael. Neck and shoulder pain completely gone. I got to tell that Michael is a magician. I 100 % recommend this Massage Therapy.

I completed my Physical Therapy at OSS in South Hill for my hip pain, neck pain and Tension Headache. I worked with the best Physical Therapists in the world, Niko and Grant, who were able to find an individual approach in the choice of exercises and show that physical exercises are very necessary for our body and bring us joy! I had high hopes for this Company. Location? Gig Harbor YMCA. I am on Medicaid. and was very worried they would not accept me as a patient. I have Fibromyalgia and suffer from a lot of anxiety about PT. I have severe pain issues -- more so than some.
