This is a terrible apartment complex! Do not sign a lease here! They don’t care about the people! My brother lived here with his friend and had his truck and motorcycles right where he was supposed to just like a resident. They without any notice, had Tyson towing come take his truck and the motorcycle, which since than were sent off to auction. They are scam artists!!!!
You have water usage bills that you cannot auto pay. That’s a dealbreaker for me. This place won’t even let you use a grill out in the lawn area. Also, I’m pretty sure they hate my guts. Can you blame them? I’m an average American.
We loved living at Olympic Ridge! Property Manager Moran made sure our experience was smooth, any requests were taken care of quickly, and he’s a kind person. Olympic Ridge is beautiful and quiet, and we would have lived there longer, if not for a job out of state. Thanks, Moran and Olympic Ridge!
