DO NOT LIVE HERE. Terrible management it’s not kept up and they are Shady as ever. They got my vehicles towed when I was out of town and I was literally paying rent to live there.. not only that but the tow company claimed that they communicated to the towing company that they were unauthorized vehicle, parked there and the towing company auctioned them off. We will be suing them!
Living at Olympic Ridge Apartments has been an awful experience. My motorcycles and vehicles were illegally towed by Tyson Towing directly from the property without proper notice or justification. They were later auctioned off, causing me significant financial and personal loss. The management at Olympic Ridge not only failed to protect residents but also allowed predatory towing practices that make tenants feel unsafe and constantly at risk of losing their property. Great place and maintenance goes above and beyond!
This is a terrible apartment complex! Do not sign a lease here! They don’t care about the people! My brother lived here with his friend and had his truck and motorcycles right where he was supposed to just like a resident. They without any notice, had Tyson towing come take his truck and the motorcycle, which since than were sent off to auction. They are scam artists!!!!
